friendly staff gorgeous room comfy bed basic room cold room burst pipe

I found the staff super friendly. The room was gorgeous and its bed, comfy. The breakfast area was beautiful too. I almost missed the breakfast because it finished slightly earlier than most places.

The room I expect was not the room I get. I expect I was staying in the Clocktower but I were in the Whitworth building. The room were more basic than what I expect and it was very cold, it take a long time for warm it up. I had a cold shower as there were not hot water, because of a burst pipe.

amazing stay!

the staff go above and beyond with texts! they asked if there was anything that could. i needed a makeup mirror and gabriella sent me one immediately. the breakfast is always fabulous!

the room was a connecting room, so i could hear the other guest very clearly! this was quite disruptive.

Breakfast offers great choices. It is fresh and flavorful! the restaurant atmosphere is lively, but it is not too loud so i can still enjoy quiet conversations! the service is prompt and very attentive.

my premium king room had a spacious layout and stylish decor! the bed was very comfortable with high-quality linens. the bathroom included luxury toiletries and fluffy towels.

The hotel has a fully equipped gym with treadmills and weights! the lobby is fine with amazing architecture. the bar offers a wide range of cocktails and a cozy atmosphere. It is perfect.

the room was not up to par with expectations. there was a lack of attention to detail. simple things like two cups were missing, and the toiletries were sparse. it was like i had to ask for basic necessities that should have already been in place.

Underwhelming Stay. Service Issues

constant noise slow assistance

The lobby was certainly excellent. A nice first impression, I suppose.

The social hour was a joke, offering only cheap wine and water. It reminded me of they were cutting corners. My room faced the train station, so I was treated to constant noise. the climate control system in the bedroom failed. It took 15 rings to get someone to reset it remotely.
